Needsstudying Heating & Air is a referral service. We connect homeowners who have a heating or cooling problem with independent local providers. If you run your own HVAC business and want more homeowner calls, you may be a fit for our network.

This is not a job posting. You would not be an employee of Needsstudying Heating & Air. You stay independent, run your own schedule, and set your own quotes.

Who We Are Looking For

We look for providers who work well with homeowners. That usually means:

• An independent HVAC business serving St. Paul or the St. Paul area
• Experience with AC repair, AC installation and replacement, or both
• Work on furnaces and other heating and cooling equipment is a plus
• Comfort with local conditions, from humid summers to hard winters and older frame houses
• A habit of explaining things in plain words

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us stressed and unsure. We ask every provider to treat them with patience.

• Hold the licenses and insurance your local rules require
• Give written quotes that list parts and labor
• Be honest about what you can and cannot do
• Respect a homeowner who wants to compare before deciding
• Answer referrals promptly when you are able to take them
• Handle the work, the warranty, and any follow-up yourself

We do not set your prices, and we do not do the work for you.

• The services you offer
• Your license and insurance details
• A phone number and the way you prefer to be reached

We will read your note and reply with next steps. Sending an email does not mean you will be accepted into the network, and joining does not promise a set number of calls. Volume varies with season, weather, and local demand.
